Who we are
This website is operated by PsalmOneThree, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity. Questions about this policy can be sent to awmarshallplan@gmail.com or to the mailing address in the footer.
What we collect, and why
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form or the newsletter form, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, the topic you chose, and your message. We use it only to respond to you and, if you opted in, to send occasional ministry updates. Retreat inquiries, including any circumstances you describe, are kept confidential, are not shared with donors, and are never published. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a form-handling service, which stores a copy in order to deliver it to us.
Donations
Online gifts are processed by our donation partner, Fundraise Up, which handles payment details on its own secure systems under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, contact details, gift amount, and designation so that we can send a receipt and report back to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information.
Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and to measure the results of nonprofit advertising grants. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. If analytics is enabled, this policy will be updated to say so and to describe how to opt out.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. Our donation partner and any analytics service may set cookies as described in their policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photographs of children appear on this site only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
How long we keep information
Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of retreat scheduling. Donor records are kept as required by law for charitable organizations. You may ask us to delete your contact information or unsubscribe from updates at any time by emailing awmarshallplan@gmail.com.
The Bible study app
The Bible study app is a separate product. It currently requires no account. Its data practices are described within the app as it develops.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
